This webpage offers a comprehensive array of resources and tools tailored to aid and empower Education Service Center Staff (ESCs), to build the capacity of school systems (previously referred to as LEAs) including school districts, clusters of multiple campuses, and individual school sites.

The Title IV, Part A, Capacity Building Initiative is funded by the Texas Education Agency and produced by Education Service Center, Region 14.  This website serves as a central location for Title IV, Part A resources on compliance and best practice.
